A few details in your first email save a round trip. Here is what helps most for each kind of question.
A result you want explained
Send the screening id from the result page or the evidence PDF. We show you which alias, spelling or identifier drove the score.
Plans, invoices and limits
Tell us the workspace name. Most changes, such as upgrades, yearly billing and invoices, are also one click away in the billing portal.
API and webhooks
Include the request id or the event id, the time in UTC and the HTTP status you received. Never send a full API key.
List data and sources
Name the list and the entry. Every list shows its official source and last update date on our sanctions lists page.
Security and privacy
Questionnaires, the data processing agreement and privacy requests go to the same address and reach the right person.
Access for your team
Workspace admins invite users and change roles in the app. Write to us if the only admin has left the company.
Help inside the app
Most answers are where you work. Every result explains its rating and shows the score breakdown, the matched alias and the list version. The billing page shows your usage, your plan and the next renewal date, and opens the billing portal for invoices and card changes.
Developers find keys, webhook endpoints and recent deliveries under Developers, and the full reference in the API documentation.
Before you sign up
You do not need to talk to anyone to start. Type a name in the console on the home page to see a real result from the current OFAC list, compare plans on the pricing page, and read about the lists on the sanctions lists page.
